We will be hosting a book drive
to collect books and media to raise funds for Better Life
Canine Center.
Why Better
Life Canine Center:
Better Life Canine Center is an all
volunteer, non-profit dog rescue. They serve the Metro Detroit
and surrounding areas. The passion of this organization has
grown to drive BLCC to success.
Because of the huge demand for a dog
rescue in Metro Detroit, the organization has decided to search
for a physical location.
A building will allow BLCC to help a
greater number of dogs and provide them with the proper
training and care necessary to rehabilitate and place a dog
into their new "forever home".
Like everything in life, this facility is
not free. Since BLCC is a non-profit organization, funds are
always an issue.
With the Barking For Books program, this
problem will be resolved. What you can do to
help:
We need your gently used books/media to
hold a large book sale this summer. We hope to continue
this all through out the year so we can raise the funds
necessary to support Better Life Canine Center.
